Hermitage Health Center is a 70-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Elizabethton, Carter County, Tenn. in the gorgeous foothills of the Appalachian Range.  Elizabethton is in upper East Tennessee within 30 minutes of Western North Carolina and Southwest Virginia.  Hermitage is next door to Hillview Health Center and five minutes from Sycamore Springs Senior Living Community, both owned by Ocoee Foundation.  Hermitage is professionally managed by Grace Healthcare based in Chattanooga,Tennessee.
