Hillview Health Center

Hillview Health Center is a 76-bed skilled nursing, rehabilitation and adult day care center located in Elizabethton, Carter County, [space] Tenn. Hillview provides outpatient rehabilitation services and is the only long-term care facility in the county with a state-of-the-art wing consisting of 16 luxury rooms built in 2013. Hillview is next door to Hermitage Health & Rehabilitation Center and five minutes from Sycamore Springs Senior Living Community, both owned by Ocoee Foundation. Hillview has been serving Carter County since 1965 and is professionally managed by Grace Healthcare based in Chattanooga, Tenn.
